Can I translate "Her gecen gün" as every single day?

"Gecen gün" means "the other day"
Maybe "Her gecen gün" could be something like "lately"? What do the others think? Because "Every other day" doesn't sound good to me in this context

Her geçen gün -- every single day which passed/passes, every passing day
geçen (participle of geçmek) = passing
yes, every single day is OK.

Last day = son gün ?
