Well, you are right, it can be
Sen deME
And can be also yazMA
Fiil + mA
That mean to put fiil into negative, and ofcourse you can say
Don't write,and don't talk
YazMA ,deME
But what you cann't say,is to use it in a question form
You cann't say Yazma mı ? or yaz mı ?
Because it got no meaning, how can you order someone and at same time asking him ?
Hope,i answered your question.but i'm stil Not a Türk

|
Sometimes you can!
Example:
Mr. x to Mr. y: git -- go
Mr. y to Mr. x: git mi? -- Are you saying "go" to me? (How dare you?)

Yes,but we cann't call it really imperetive !
İ mean, if you translate it, its means
What Go !!
Something like this, you cann't say its olumlu soru için Emir kipi with 'Sen'
the full sentence i think should be ,
Beni git mi ?
Something like this,right ?
