İ think you can send just 1 yemek,it would be same meaning.
But,shouldn't we put fiil in the end ?
So it would be,
yarın ,işten sonra sen eve yemek için gitmeden önce,konuşabilir miyiz,çünkü ondan sonra çok geç biliyorum .

Shouldn't fiil be always in the end of the sentence ??
