how to say in turkish???

please translate these sentences for me...
"the neckerchief was knitted by my mom, it's for you"
"the teddy bear is for your sister"
"the necklace was brought from thailand, it's also for you"
"the battery-driven doll can either nod or shake its head, by pressing the button at its back"
i'd appreciate anyone who give help, thank you!!
