Could someone know where can download a turkish keyboard for PC.

Well you can download the Turkish keyboard from your Window's CD, you can add the Turkish language,and convert between it and English any time you like,
Or if you just want the special Turkish characters,you can have it from here

there is System Tray ot the bottom of desktop on the right hand side
You will see something which is written EN(English).Click that with on the right bottom of your mouse.
and then you will see properties
and then a new windows will be opened
You will see that there is a a long bar
You will see there in the box(English)Us
If you want to add new language.Use Add and find
