patlican soslu(eggplant sausage)

fry the big chopped eggplants and leave them to loose their oil for a while....
then chopp the red and green bell peppers and tomato and onions and fry them seperately and add on the eggplants..then add some chopped parsley on the top and serve...afiyet olsun..

If you add some cubes of white (feta) cheeze in the mix, it will taste even better

what about yogurt mixed with garlic over it?? and red hot chilli pepper buried with olive oil? over it?

Not a bad idea but then it will be patlican tower, not patlican soslu
