I am still having difficulties following renting a car in Turkia......could someone please translate this letter into English for me. I have made an attempt but I am worried that the exact meaning is too important in this case. A few spelling may be incorrect as the original is a fax that is not totally clear.

48 NP 127 Plakalılaraç ön sol far kırılması, tampon darbesi ve karoseri hasarı ile servisimize geldi. İlk etapla komple far değiştirildi. İlgili fatura ilişiktedir.
Karoseri ve tampon hasarı daha sonra tamir edileceğinden takribi 150,00 YTL hasar olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
İş bu belge müşterinin isteği üzerine düzenlenmiş olup hiçbir mali yoktur.
İlgililere duyurulur.

The vehicle with tag 48NP 127 came to us with broken front left light, hitted in the bumper and a damage in the body of the vehicle. At the first stage the whole lights were changed. The invoice is enclosed.

For the damage of the body and the bumper which will be reapaired later it was determinated that the damage will cost approximately 150 00 YTL.The following document was created according to the request of the client,it has no cost
at the attention of the concerned.

İn English we say,
Thank you FOR helping me.

So the cause of the thank is coming after FOR,
But here,Türkçede
Yardım ettin için teşekkür ederim ,not same

İçin means for too,but the cause of the thank is coming before için

İts a bit confusing me,can we put it in same order as in English ?

Teşekkür ederim için yardım ettin ?

Can we ?

Then,if we translate it word by word,

İt can mean,

As you know the verb is generally the last word in turkish sentence. So cause and effect is vice versa.
I came for you
is not
Geldim için senin
but
Senin için geldim.
just the oppposite of english

I think what is also confusing; is the noun and verb forms of help :
Yardım : help (noun)
Yardım etmek : to help (verb)

Thank you for helping
Yardım ettiğin için teşekkür ederim.

Thank you for your help
Yardımın için teşekkür ederim.

İçin çay,sütü aldım
is wrong
the only way to see this is the second once vice versa

çay için süt aldım

and there is another one :
Sütü, çay için aldım.
This can be answer to the question For what reason did you buy the milk?
Çay için süt aldım. can be the answer of What did you buy? or what did you do in the market?
Sorry maybe I complicated things.
