"olaydın" is like "olsaydın" i suppose...but not..

i once asked this question myself in the forums.. and i was told it is very hard to explain..
i have now kinda learnt it myself, but only from hearing it used... and i now understand how hard it is to explain



heres an example from a keremcem song:
"yar olaydın, yar olaydın, öpüp de sarsaydım"
