Please may someone translate this for me please I must send this tonight-

'We did not text for 2 weeks- what have you been doing? Darling you know how much I care about you but I'm not a fool. I want to be with you but I fear that I am living in vain. Please reply to tell me the situation. Lots of love. '

Thank you anyway Louisa Please can someone help translate my message above? It's urgent for me. I only know a few things but I'm completely stuck on how to translate any of what I must write.
