I used the dictonary to try to find the turkish word for poetry but it gave me 3 words. So now I don't know.

Please which one is right? şiir, koşuk, nazım ?

Thanks

How odd! The dictionary should have given only one stuff,-"şiir". Because "nazım" doesn't mean poetry; what is more, "koşuk" is a kind of folk poetry. So, only "şiir" can be poetry.

NAZIM = VERSE, VERSIFICATION

KOSUK =BALLAD, VERSE

SIIR = POEM, POETRY

(Sorry, do not have turkish font)
