anyway that a side because he is turkish i want them to have turkish names and i would like to know if anyone has any suggestions.boys and girls names although i am finding it more difficult to find girls names.any thoughts would be good.thanks!

My advice? Always take the name of your mother-in-law or father-in-law and add Jnr!!!! Marital bliss for always ! lol

Hi There, im having a similar thing going on with my husband at the moment as im pregnant and we live in UK but he obviously want s to use Turkish names but agrees with me that we have to try and use one that can be acceptable for here and also for when we go back to Turkey. I think girls names are easier to choose than boys!!

merhaba!
It would be a good idea to ask the parents of your future husband for suggestions ... they will feel flattered, for sure and maybe a name or two will be suitable for you, too.
anyway, I like Amira and Yunus

Well when me and my future husband have babies.... because we will live in Turkey... we have decided that he will choose the 1st name (Turkish name) and I will choose the 2nd name (English name).... this way everyone is happy from both families from both countries

I like the name 'Can' for a boy because it means 'soul' or 'life' in Türkçe and it is also my uncle's name
I would not advise you to call your son Can if you are living in the UK though because my Uncle Can always has trouble explaining his name to alot of people in the UK, as you can imagine HAHAlol.
For a girl I like the name 'Ayla' which means 'Moonlight' in Türkçe.

I tried searching for a site that may be helpful foy you and your partner, after searching a little while I came across this one:
http://www.behindthename.com/nmc/tur.php

I hope it helps you and please do say what your final decision is when you have come to a conclusion
