Merhaba amca, hava durumu soğuk ve yağmurlu edat gök gürlemesi. Mutlu Ramazan.

no edat edat is the type of "with", not the meaning.
rainy with funder: gök gürültülü yağmurlu
or sağanak yağışlı.
hava is enough to say "weather"
happy ramazan: hayırlı ramazanlar or mutlu ramazanlar
