I am finding it really hard to communicate with my Turkish friend through texts alone as there is only so much you can fit in. I want to ask him if he can set up an email account. Could someone help me to translate the following message please?

"Are you able to use email? Email is free so I could send you lots of messages and send you our photos I posted them 3 weeks ago and they still haven't reached you."
