Quoting pazhystama:

ok one more, when do we use the ending -iğin, for example: seçtiğin bu hayat

It is -diğin

I can give some examples for now...

gittiğim yol the way which i go (or went)

sevdiğim kız the girl i love (or loved)

bahsettiğin ayakkabılar the shoes you mention (or mentioned)

As you see all can be also in past too.

seçtiğimiz bu hayat the life we choose
verdikleri sözler nerde? where are the promises which they gave?
çok çalıştığım günler geçmişte kaldı, artık tembel tembel yatıyorum
the days which i worked hard were in the past, now i lie lazily.

i still don't get it. what kind of form is that? does it mean that in such kind of sentence the attention is payed to something and my action related with that something? or what? I tried to understand it through english as relative clause. is that so?

in Turkish, when we add to a VERB "di" + suffix of subject, it turns into adjective.

actually
verdiğin kalem ---> the pencil which you gave (or give - we just understand it in context)

verdiğin kalem
(adj) (noun)

verdiğin is originally ver-di-k-in

ver - to give
di - the suffix which turns verbs into adjectives
k - buffer word
in - 2nd person singular

but in Turkish when K is between 2 vowels, it becomes Ğ
