Top (ball), tekerlek (wheel), yumuşak (soft), nonoş (?) are some of the slang terms describing male homosexuality. Be advised that these terms are derogatory and should never be used. The ´i´ word is somewhat more insulting than those.
The correct term for ´homosexual´ is eşcinsel in Turkish, used in newspapers and medical/legal texts. The terms ´gay´ & ´homoseksüel´ is also used casually but incorrectly.
