Hi Katei..I am from İstanbul,you are right..true information İstanbul in January?well..İstanbul will be covered with snow..so you have to bring your thick clothes...also you have to be careful for snatchers,thieves..they can do their job in every condition in here what I can say different I dont know actually but I will try to tell you more...have fun in İstanbul...
