Hi there,
Just got mail from my husband. I didnt get one sentence pls help.
Gücünün yetmediği kadar ağır şeyleri kaldırmaya kalkışma
I didnt understand the first two words at all :-S but I guess he is telling me not to lift heavy things. 
Pls help me translate this whole sentence.

dont attempt to life things which are heavier than your strength can handle

Well thanx miss_ceyda
I want to reply him -
"The doctor has allowed me to lift things like baby pram. So dont worry I am fine. Its not hurting me anymore."
Please its urgent.I dont want him to attepmt to call me from ship unnecessarily. I will SMS him the message.
