my guess:
I cry, I keep my tears hidden
I think I'm falling/becoming overwhelmed, I'm breaking
my blood is flowing, wandering
so I drop out go, go if you can go

it's good for one to close, this situation is desperate, so helpless.. perhaphs again I'm loveless without you, go on the road with the roses without thorns, laugh

is this some kind of poem?

You are hidden in my tears, therefore i cannot weep not you to fall down from my eyelashes, while you turned into blood and streaming in my vein , leave me this way and go if you can.

With a non healed up wound, gradually helpless, maybe i do live again without love without you, go i hope your way filled by roses and the roses without thorns
