Turkish Class is not intended to be a dating site. As Turkish Class administration, we received complaints that some users are abusing TC by using it for such purposes.
For now, the private messages of some of these users have been deleted. From now on, abusing TC for such purposes can result in deletion of user accounts.
We are doing this to keep a nice and clean environment on the site and to prevent people from harrassing our users in any way.
Thank you for your cooperation.

I would like to know Admin if the moderators and admin are viewing peoples private messages-if so they are not "private" are they and people should be made aware of that.

No, we are not viewing people's private messages. There are other ways to detect abuse of the site.
We were convinced that a few users do such things. Because we are not reading private messages, the private messages of these users were deleted as a whole, not selectively.

I've received that kind of message but I didn't know if it was 'normal' so just decided to ignore them (if I'd wanted that kind of thing I would've joined a dating site!). Thanks Admin for clarifying that and, yes, they've now disappeared.
Thanks again

This is not a dating Site!! :Most of the users are great and help us a lot but there are some (a few) who tend to believe that this is a dating site or a place to meet foreign women. Friendship is Ok but please, if you are looking for something else, this is not the right place.
Just a reminder.
Thank you.
