In the restaurant you can order 'gözleme', which are some sort of pancakes, in taste quite comparable to lahmacun. They are made upon round tables or stones and then put in the oven.

You can get them filled with meat, vegetables (mainly egg-plant and onion) and cheese. You can ask for your own combination of ingredients. The meat is spiced, but not hot. (Location: şirince)
