How to buy a house, property or land in Turkey... tips and advice for foreign nationals.

So you’ve visited Turkey and fallen in love with the country... it’s not surprising, it certainly has a lot to recommend it! You’ve decided to take the plunge and buy a house in your favourite little Turkish town (or city!) and really change your life. Whether it’s a holiday home, an investment or part of your plan to emigrate to a warmer, hotter and welcoming country, the same rules apply. Here we’ll guide you through the maze of property buying in Turkey.
