The Kursunlu Waterfalls National Park (Kursunlu Selalesi Tabiat Parki), located at 25 km from the center of Antalya along the Antalya-Alanya highway, covers an area of 33 hectares. In the area, which takes the form of a botanical garden, there are 7 ponds connected by the formation of waterfalls. The 18 metre waterfall is on one of the tributaries of the Aksu river and its situation in the midst of a pine forest is of quite exceptional beauty. The countryside around the water forms a lovely picnic and pleasure spot, and offers a nice refreshment, especially enjoyable on a hot Mediterranean summer day. |
