My Try: Ölmeden önce yapmak istediğim şeylerin listesinden bir şey.

I know this is not an exact translatiion of my original query but regardless does this variation make sense?

listesimim yapmak istediğim bir şey

hmmm I don´t think there are suffixes ´sim´ nor ´mim´. But I know what you are trying to say.

I found bucket list here: https://tureng.com/en/turkish-english/bucket%20list

ölmeden önce yapılacaklar listesi

Here´s my attempt:

This + ölmeden önce yapılacaklar listesi + my + on

Bu ölmeden önce yapılacaklar listemde. (We need to remove si before adding ´m´

No. It doesnt make sense. You can say "listemdeki yapmak istediğim bir şey"

-si is possesive suffix for third person. -(i)m is possesive sufix for first person. You cant use them both.
