Please can a Native speaker of Turkish translate the following sentence and oblige?

>> ´-na´ as suffix changes an imperative [emir] into an ifinitive verb.  It acts exactly like ´-mek´ in Turkish. <<

Thanks.

Just as an example [translation not needed]:´Gel´ is an ´emir´ ... Gel+mek = Gelmek (infinitive form!)
