no matter which country you are sending money to never ever put money in a envelope.you can use paypal if the person has an paypal account whic is the esiest way to send money right now and yes western union but they charge to much

I do agree there with Kadir,the person who wrote the letter lacks some kind of education, the grammair in this letter its very bad.Even though i was raised in Germany i do not make so many mistakes when i write in turkish,as the original letter writer who obviously lives and i assume went to school in Turkey.Which is a shame!!!
