Actually I don´t see why it was nasty  ´You will soon feel your same old self´ is quite a common expression in English isn´t it? Which is what theH meant I think. OK it was a bit sarky but I don´t think we have decided to ban sarcasm yet otherwise I wouldn´t be here to type this
