But,why when we check the forum page we see the whole massage even with quotations instead of member comments only ?!

Meaning,for example now at the forum page i see this

Just cat´s reply,not with whole quotation

i wonder cant we go to the last page of thread directly when we click on it on forum topics page? why do we have to see first page initially?

 Well,normally ciko we read the the first page of any subject before we reach the last one

For members who dont know anything about the thread,its logic of course if they read the first post to understand what its about,yes ?

just im having difficulties at the quoting issue,

We used to be able to devide quotations,so we can reply at any part of the post we like or have more than 1 reply,to more than 1 part

Now it seems that we must only reply under the quote not upper it and we cant even devide it and reply to it part by part

No, no, you CAN modify the quote. You CAN remove parts of the quote.. and everything you want. Try.
