informal thoughts on breakfast

This might be the only issue that I disagree with Ataturk on. Ataturk never ate breakfast. Personally, I think maybe he was too hung over to eat....
Perfect breakfast for me:
tea, (not bag)
white cheese
fresh bread
strawberry jam, fresh
breakfast salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, mint, olive oil and lemon juice)
on occasion sucuk

I normally love breakfasts, that's what I usually wake up for! However, lately... I'm out of ideas of what I can eat and I don't have a taste for anything, so no breakfast till I can handle it  .

Just a thought - what would a "formal" breakfast be?
The sort you have at a posh business type hotel, where you help yourself, and no-one talks to anyone else and the crisp white napkins are the size of a bed sheet!!
