Common mistake
I working in London.
Correct version
I work in London.
Why?
The gerund ing form is not used in the present simple.

And I wont accept less buttering up than earlier one... 
I can honestly say I have NEVER heard any English person use this phrase!
"I working in London"??? Never.
I doubt the educational standard/ethnic origin of the kind of people you chat to theH 
PS Awwwwwwwww jealous of the buttering up?
