Well, it is real. The person was a woman and kept all the reproductive organs after a sex change operation. So, scientifically, it is believable.

I don't know about this whole sex operation thing, some people have done. I find it quite odd and sad at the same time. You are either born a female or male, it should be as simple as that. But you hear some of these people who say they never felt like a girl, they were a boy in a girls body. It seems quite strange and I have a hard time comprehending it.
What I find sad is that I believe the children tend to suffer more than anything. Why can't people just be happy and content with how God or whoever made them?

It is hard for me to comprehend this as well, but it is a real problem. There ARE people who feel trapped in their bodies. It must have something to do with a hormonal disturbance of the fetus.

It is a biology issue. It has nothing to do with God or how God wants us. But I do feel sorry for children being brought up in these types of circumstances. This is the type of case where morality and legality meet head-on. Glad it is not for me to decide what is right here.

I am with you on this one, Keith....I am glad it isn't up to me to make the decision between right and wrong. I have a friend who had this surgery. It is so emotionally painful for the family....all you can do is be there and try to be a good friend.

Then why do I always hear gay people say "God made me this way". Is that an excuse?
