Wouldn't it be a bit simpler if you just said that "Yes it is difficult to learn but you speak Turkish well. Sorry that my spanish is so bad".

Yes it's always fun to brag about the languages you've learnt. I'm learning spanish as well which makes it hard for me to learn turkish at the same time.
For how long time have you been learning turkish Pelayo? It's very good.

Since Spanish is one of the world's most important languages there must be loads of ways to put your knowledge in practice. To me TLC seems to be one of the less interesting ones....

Also, Spanish I find is a very easy language to learn, compare to Arabic anyway!

Yep! Spanish is one of the fastest growing languages in the world and I learnt it at school then refreshed again a few years ago. Can translate but unfortunaltey cant speak a lot.

thanks for your welcoming!

It's been some years that I "speak" some Turkish with my Turkish friends, but I've just started studying it seriously.

If anyone is interested I offer myself for a Turkish-Spanish chat exchange. Send me your msn in a PM.
