First thng saw tht yourfamily not teach you how to talk with people.. second.. is non of mybusiness wht they doing out of there..in your country men also doin same thng or other plces.. Nobody can be perfct pple can do mistake is their life..you never did? i did.. Rain,
Do you know Cat-Leo's family? Do you know her country, her culture, her music? All of this is irrelevant to her opinion of that cheating man. Bastard is not the appropriate word for that shameful man, but it is not such a bad word either. That man is worse than a bastard.
Cat is obviously an adult, and how she decides to write, (not talk), does not reflect on the teachings of her family any longer. She makes her own decisions.
If you read carefully her previous posting, she experienced a similar or worse situation with a cheating spouse. I think that qualifies her to express her opinion of a cheating husband.. dont you agree?
By the way, on a different note... why don't you write out the complete english word? if you are going to take the time to write "thng" why not write "thing" or instead of "tht", write "that".  Word to the wise!

this is mytype i like to write like this..fo you the bastard so normal.. coz you are european.. but im turkish and myculture not like your.. LIKE EXAMPLE.. Denmark make cartoons fo ourprophet make fun.. thn later they said why you turks are getting crzy in here we make fun of ourreligion so take it easy... This what i learn from europea.. so as a turkish i dont like the word she said.. mybe you like thn go head.. and the try to get wht i mean with this word..

Why are you so defensive and offensive? You dont know anything about me; where I am from or my culture or my religion, and again, it is all irrelevant.
You need to gather your thoughts and comments before you respond to a forum posting. You are all over the place with your comments and responses... I don't discuss religion.
As far as the word "bastard"... it was not addressed to you. The meaning of the word bastard is a child born of unmarried parents, however, it is usually used for a very disliked person who is very bad, usually a man.

Why am I here? I will tell you, to warn women about turkish men!
Most of you are not what you appeared to be, you're all covered in sweetness with sweet words and casanova ways, but most of you have violent tendency that these women here do not know about. I have seen if first hand with my ex-husbands and even with a few male friends.
I never once said anything mean about Turkey, as a matter of fact I love Turkey and I think your country is beautiful, but not everything about Turkey is so wonderful.
I would fear for the next woman who is savagely beaten by a turkish man especially if she is foreign, married to him and living in your country. From what I understand is that if a turkish man beats his wife there is not much the police will do but see it only as a husband and wife quarrel and leave them to be, am I wrong in this?
Of course if this happens with a turkish woman there is not much she can do but stay quiet because this is her husband and HER culture!
At least in my country the women are protected against these kinds of crimes by their men and that is exactly what that is-a CRIME!
As one of my ex-husband puts it....'Men in Turkey are %70 and women are %30, so I guess you don't believe in women being equal partners to their husbands in a marriage, so anything a woman owns becomes his property with no questions asked, so she loses what she once had.
So don't you tell me how I should feel or talk when it comes to men like these! What happened to me has nothing to do with how my family raise me or my culture or traditions.
For someone like you to be quick to judge, your anger is coming out loud and clear!

You'd be surprised how much I know about Turkish culture and history, and I did not study in Turkey, so I did not learn it from a Turk's perspective.

There are goods and bads every where,you all must accept this.
We are not here to fight,we are here to learn and get to know each other better,culture i mean
And that won't happen with high voice !
