I am surprised to hear people saying that they want Erdinc to come back as a moderator, not so long ago, I was getting messages all the time saying that he ruined TC and they wanted him out...

How i agree with this. I have been a member of this site since November 2005 and i agree Erdinc was a very good teacher and was on the whole very helpful. I would like to take this oppertunity to thank him for all his hard work and contributions he gave to this site , but i must say that he did only allow his views to be expressed. I feel the site when down when Kader was deleted over such a little misunderstanding and because some members dared to argue with Erdinc,they too were either deleted or just left out of frustration.

I think it is NOT GOOD AT ALL to tell things like :
"DICTATOR , ARROGANT " ETC ETC to a person like Erdinç or ANYBODY ELSE WHO IS NOT AROUND TO DEFFEND HIMSELF OF THOSE WORDS!!! or at least to give us his point of view about the facts!!!...
It ıs lıke crıtıcıze someone when he/ she has left your home/ class / office ---It is quite unfair ... or perhaps it is me who is too "direct" on those affairs...
In spite of this, I am NOBODY to judge you at all and believe me I RESPECT your opinions about him, obviosly he has his faults because he is a HUMAM BEING but PLEASE
Lets remember and consider his CONTRIBUTION to the site , his big help in grammar/poetry/lessons/short stories/ corrections / music ...it is so much important !!!!
Again, just my humble opinion ...

He's still around now and then, if he wants he can give his point of view.

As far as I've seen, people here are honest about this. Nobody has ever said he didn't make a huge contribution to this site. If anyone would contradict that, I would raise my voice too.
But a moderator should 'moderate', not force his opinions on people or delete and lock threads when people express thoughts that he doesn't agree with.

Absolutely - nobody is denying his contributions - it is the way in which he summararily dismissed peoples opinions as worthless which infuriated many.

. Aenigma and Femme fatal - is this a good enough excuse for Erdinc? 
Anyways, Femme meant that some people do things without understanding their own choices, which leads to them contradicting themselves. It's ok to make mistakes (since we're humans, not robots), but not so ok to be reckless and irresponsible... Let's try and get this thread back on track
