I think freedom in expressing yourself means saying what u wanna say without affecting the liberty/ belifs of other people. If u truly wanna be free u must be rational and be responsable for your actions because otherwise u will afect the others liberty and u will have to pay for this. The liberty should be given only to rational people, cause if it gets in the hands of the wrong man, it can become a dissaster .. nowadays we are prowed to say that we are free, but many are not aware of how hard it is to be free.It takes a lot of responsibility, and it is hard to determine the line between your freedom and others freedom .Sometimes your freedom interferes with the one of other people.
It is not normal that some people see freedom of speach like ' throwing with junk ' into somebody and saying: i am free, it is a free country ( we see this a lot in american movies) because we have to see we have also responsabilities for our actions, so we gain our freedom with the price of punishment. true freedom can be only if we learn to accept the laws and act acording to them.
So be free but respect the others, don't act blindly, this way u respect yourself too.

Freedom of speech is all very well as long as you do not impinge on the freedom of others. This seems to be happening a lot these days. One persons freedom is being affected by someones elses freedom.
This could be in war, journalism, street murders, etc etc, so where is your freedom if you are taken hostage, your freedom has been taken away. Who has the right to say what is one mans freedom and another mans jail.
You are only ever as free as your government allows unlessyou flought the rules and laws of that government (or unless you are that government!! then it is do as I say not do as I do!)
I live in the UK and I am relatively free to do as I please, but my freedom is threatened by terrorism as is many others freedom. Now who caused that freedom to be put into jeorpardy? I will leave it there cos it is too political as is freedom.
