I cannot use my interactive account because of mobile approval code, a new system in Turkish banks till 01/01/2010. They send a password to ur mobile via sms but since im abroad and my phone number which is recorded on their system is not open for roaming, i cannot receive smses. I called the customer services of my service provider to use roaming, they replied not possible since im abroad, i called the banks to change my phone number recorded on their system, they replied not possible since im abroad, i asked the girl on the phone "suppose im a person who is not using cellphones, dont i have right to use internet to access my account?", the answer was funny, she said " we sent you a device that generates mobile approval code with a reasonable price", i said "ok", but then she said "the first code will come to my cellphone" . Simply now i have debts, i cannot pay, i need to send money but i cannot  . The last way out is to send my sim card to Turkey ...

The next step is to ask somebody to send you their mobile phones or laptops or paying off your debts 
On a serious note, that´s a frustrating situation, kind of a catch 22 - if you can´t use a mobile, they´ll send you a device that´ll send you a code to your mobile. i hope you´ll get it sorted soon. And it´s strange you cannot activate roaming from abroad. I remember I did after I realised I hadn´t done it before going abroad. My friend went to my operator and said I needed it. And that was it.

I had already done it, my debts were paid, thanks to family , no problem till next month  . Regarding the roaming, my operator says i should have opened roaming service before i had gone abroad. Btw im using an invoiced number, so they are also asking for ID card...
