	why do some people appear on msn as mobile?

	I think it is when you put someones mobile number into your contacts.  Only supports some countries not all.  I think this is right.  On MSN messenger go to tools and you can edit your own mobile details and check boxes etc.  Not 100% sure but I think that might be a start??    |  |

	I think they have to add the mobile number to their details not the other way round..........if you know someone on MSN get them to try??  Just a thought		 |  |

	Well if you mean msn-mobile, by having an msn-mobile status isntead of regular offline.. it means if you click them, you can send them an sms via msn. But they have to pay for that, so I never understand why someone would choose that option?

	When I connect to MSN from my PDA it comes up as 'using a mobile device' - is that what you mean???  If so, it is when a lite client (PDA, palmtop, mobile phone, etc) is used to connect to MSN.		 |  |

 yeah..!! and i have recently learnt that you can also read any mails from your phone too!! there is however a charge!!
