Thank you very much for those corrections! I´m having such a hard time with the vowel harmony part....like when you put the -im on the end of ben(im) to change I to my .... do you always have to add the -m to the noun as well (if it ends in an e??)? I don´t know why this is so confusing to me    Thank you also, for the other corrections, your explanations made it very clear!   Yes Kiara, you always have to put the possessive on the noun. This is even more important than saying benim. e.g. Bahçem means my garden. (On its own, no need to add benim. If you do add benim, it emphasises it). If the noun ends in a vowel, just add -m Elbise : --->  elbisem: my shirt Kedi : ---> kedim: my cat If the last vowel in the noun is -i or -e, add -im Ev : --->  evim: my house If the the last vowel in the noun is -a or -ý, add -ým kravat:---> karavatým: my tie If the the last vowel in the noun is -o or -u, add -um   If the the last vowel in the noun is -ö or -ü, add -üm Gül : --->  gülüm: my rose |
