For what it's worth as İm in İzmir, its extremely soft here. 15 to 20 degrees during the days.. and from what I noticed on the weatherforcasts for as long as Im here.. İzmir and İstanbul usually differ only a few degrees, so I'd pack for around 15 degrees day time.. but in the evening it gets pretty cold here so for the evenings I should take something warm.

No - not managed to meet up with Ramo
But I wore black fluffy legwarmers last night with tights and denim shorts!!! Ramayan missed out on his opportunity to wear something good ;P

There are no photos of me at all
I wore denim shorts over tights last night with fluffy black legwarmers - so may wear a skirt tonight

Even though there is a typo in the word, couldn't you have guessed that it is Beyoğlu, the part of Istanbul from Karaköy to Taksim? I think you must have spent quite a couple of hours in the neighbourhood..
