Not quite like your "French frogs"  Actually they are poisonous so I think a cricket bat would be preferential!!

yup, they are highly poisonous. which is one of the reasons why they are becoming a pest...their poison kills most native fauna that comes into contact with its skin. they are ugly creatures.
