She has been accused of breaking Turkey´s strict privacy laws by carrying out the secret recording.

The Turkish authorities have now passed a formal request to the Home Office for the Duchess to be questioned, according to reports.

A source told The Sun: "We have had a request from the Turkish government for Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA) in relation to the Duchess of York.

"If following a police investigation, charges are laid in Turkey, the Duchess could be arrested and extradited to appear in court in Turkey."

It sounds like a joke but when they say ´they are smearing country´s image in order to prevent Turkey joining EU´, they are dead serious!!

Isn´t Britain one of the friendliest countries towards Turkey´s EU admission? I´m not sure if they should be questioning and charging the dutchess of york (whoever the hell that is!)!

 She was married to Prince Andrew (one of our Queens sons ) she did some undercover filming in orphanages both in Turkey and Romania exposing the poor conditions they lived in.

A Duchess is a lady who is married to a Duke and a Duke is a member of nobility which the highest rank below the monarch.  Prince Andrew is also the Duke of York.

I dont know what they are going to charge her with but I guess, it is a kind of message to say that ´THEY ARE OUR ORPHANS, WE DO WHAT EVER WE LIKE WITH THEM´
