Cous Cous with black olives, feta cheese, roasted vegetables (sweet potato,red pepper and whole garlic cloves) sun dried tomatoes, apricots and chick peas topped with coriander ...ouh and a glass of Rioja ...heaven

Beef Stroganoff with rice, garlic filled mini jacket potatoes, asparagus and sliced runner beans. Very yummy and made better because it was cooked for me

i had a pasta with a delicious turkey sote with domatos sauce... i think i am getting better each day

Tonight I am entertaining some friends. I am making some braised lamb. I'll probably serve it with rosemary potatoes and fresh green beans. There is a lovely bottle of Merlot just waiting to be consumed!!

I've had half a bottle of 'shoemaker' merlot tonight......Tesco had it on offer a month or so ago and I can totally recommend it

Offfffff Grrrrrrrrr why is Merlot becoming the red wine version of chardonnay!!! There are so many other wonderful red wine grapes out there!

but but i have a housemate who cooks even better than my mum and then i will marry and she is good at cooking too..so i dont bother to learn
