The possibility that you have a breast cancer is not much if the doctor knows nothing about you and assumes that you are just average, however, if the doctor knew about your defective oncogene, the possibility of you having a breast cancer is exactly 100%, in which case you'd find statistics completely useless .

I thought that when I said "you might have breast cancer" it was rather clear who I meant by "you" :-S What does it matter who is the doctor?
