this morning(it was freezin´ cold), i got my car out of the garden as i was driving backward and when i turned my head...guess... i got a crick in my neck and it hurt like hell,got back home and it sucks. any suggestion for that?

There is no magic solution...just painkillers (and maybe one of femme´s massages)...

yeah would be great
i took painkiller,put some muscle relaxant on my neck and rubbed it then covered it with hot towel, feel better now. still sux though
