Don´t mess around up has no meaning in the English language, we can guess what you mean by it, but on its own it does not make any sense.  It is a confused sentance.  It will either be:

Don´t mess up or don´t mess around - which have similar meanings.

Don´t mess up is something you might say to someone taking an exam, or their driving test.

Don´t mess around is something you might to your partner, not to have an affair, or to naughty children annoying their mother.

Hopefully that makes it clear.

After reading all of this, this is one sentence i´ll remember for a while.

 And one thing I have learnt, is read the whole thread first before making a comment

hadi ya we all know that somethings can not be totally translated from turkish into english to make perfect english sense. dont we?

 Ok , well I thought we had finished with this discussion but you seem to know more about this than us and felt you should have your say.  I am always ready to  hear a point of view and say i´m wrong when I am. So please share the meaning you get from this sentence, as most of us get none. except confusion. 

 But you did explain it well.
