taking those points into consideration,
i state them as a low class citizens and limit their rights to speak, as well as to take any decision without his female relatives such as mother or sister or aunts.
considering their low intelligence men should not go out without a permission of a female member of family.
men also should not drive.
they should be totally veiled because they may fall into a trap set by females, and may get raped for which they may get sentenced to death.
i believe burka gives them a full protection from sun, wind, sand, civilization and at last from dangerous women.

Oh great guru...your wisdom is astounding...please write a book and we will hold it up as the absolute truth in the universe! In 1500 years people will argue about it and wonder whether or not you meant that men should be covered or not!!
