Even if it is a joke, I don´t like these type of messages.
So, my question to an admin or mod is: Is this allowed?

I think we have enough ways to allow people to protect themselves from unwanted messages: ignore list, spam button, so I don´t think there´s any need for admin to control what people write to each other, especially when it´s clear that it´s a joke.
