Hahaha! Uncreative, except the unsuspecting female does not realise he will use the money and the mobile phone to get more money and more mobile phones (you know he has a business  ) , therefore creating himself a small fortune in times of serious recession......... if he gets the occasional pink phone he can always "give" that to one of his conquests.

I think my original post is not very clear..
The German minister came to Turkey for a diplomatic visit and the driver was the driver given to her while she was staying in Turkey..
I think we can call him as the first ´diplomatic dudu´.
