What a sinner I was, that I couldn´t finish with my suffering (like in hell) / my punishment still didn´t end.

The idea is, when you are a sinner, you go to hell, and theorically you are given a punishment for a certain amount of time.. so the person is saying that, I am still having my punishment, it doesn´t end, so I must have been a really bad person /  sinner.

"tek geçmek", according to me is, that it is my only choice, and I wouldn´t even consider an other alternative or option.

 Well, as MarioninTurkey said, normally they take an X-ray and tell you that there is a stain which could be the start of pneomonia.. may be I am going too far, but most proabaly, the tomography the person describes here is an X-ray itself... otherwise, tomography is quite an expensive testing method, and it would be the last resort to go after an X-ray,an ultrasound... or you have to be really really sick and lying down in the emergency.

As I am living in the UAE, a main tourist destination, we are hit by the swine flu earlier and harder than many places... now everybody is over it I think.. at least me.  Anyway, I received this email from a friend... worth to read.. but I will not have my kids vaccinated, as one of them already got it (confirmed) and got over it, and most likely the other ones too...

So the person who wrote this percieved it as karaciğer, as ciğer could both refer to akcğer (lungs) and karaciğer (liver)...
