"konuşmamız" means?

i'm just always confused about the suffixes....plz help me...thx!!!!

It can mean our talk, our speech, our discussion..

It could also be used like "konuşmamız lazım": we need to speak / talk..

It could be "coming, arrival", as a noun.
It could also be the imperative of gelmek ==> "gel! = come!" , so "gelme!" means "don't come!"

can "gelme" be used as a phrase like "yes you are coming, you should come", something like that?

Not that I know of. Then it should rather be something like "gelmelisin", "you have to come", I think..
