"Oyun Oynuyorum rahatsiz etmeyin"

I'm playing a game - please don't disturb

(I put "please" since the polite form of the imperative is used here)

No, I think its more likely that it was written on a display name to everyone online. Thats why it is -yin, to make it plural..

I have seen this many times on msn

Yeah, must be an MSN-thing..

Btw, -yin can be polite and/or plural form.

Well,
İ guess,
'İ'm playing a game,your troubling' ??

Better wait for correction, because its not good gramar to me that way !

Guys, what is the suffix in etmeyin

İsn't it, etme .... short infinitive
Y... buffer
İn... possessive pronouns
Doğru mu ?

It's the imperative of etmek

rahatsız et: disturb
rahatsız etme: don't disturb

rahatsız etmeyin: don't disturb (polite/plural)
buffer y is used here because of the 2 vowels

rahatsız etmeyiniz: don't disturb (plural/ this form is used a lot on signs "Itiniz/çekiniz" on a door for example.)

Quoting CANLI:

Yes,but shouldn't the plural be rahatsız etmeyiniz ?

They call it the Public Imperative on this site.
Hope this explains it
